Dr. Tracy Hoffman

Dr. Tracy Hoffman is a fellowship-trained geriatrician currently practicing in the eastern Lakeshore area of Wisconsin. A native of Madison, Wisconsin, she earned her medical degree at the University of Wisconsin Medical School. After several years practice in Green Bay, she returned to the University of Wisconsin Medical School to complete her geriatric fellowship training in order to concentrate on her love of caring for the elderly.

Dr. Hoffman's area of sub-specialization is Alzheimer's Disease and other dementia. She is currently the Medical Director of the Manitowoc Memory Assessment Clinic. She also serves as the Medical Director of the Manitowoc County Health Care Center, assistant clinical professor of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and is a current board member of the Wisconsin Association of Medical Directors.
