Hoffman Geriatric Services (HGS) is dedicated to assisting those with Alzheimer's Disease and other geriatric issues, as well as the adult children who are caring for them.
As a practicing fellowship-trained geriatrician, Dr. Hoffman has extensive knowledge of a wide range of geriatric issues. When not overseeing her geriatric practice, her focus is educating others about the care of our elders, and continuing research to improve the quality of life of her patients. Through educational clinics, speaking engagements and a weekly radio talk show, Dr. Hoffman continues to increase awareness of geriatric issues throughout Wisconsin.

For years Dr. Tracy has written short and concise newspaper articles concerning matters of senior healthcare. "Senior Notes" will now be included in this website, on the "More Information" page, beginning with four articles. Be sure to click on the "More Information" tab to read about Caregiver Stress, Driving Safety, Exercising and Hip Fractures. And check back often as we add more Senior Notes.
The previously announced "Women in the Middle" outreach initiatives are still in the works but have not been released yet. We'll keep you updated as to when the Women in the Middle radio segments and the book will be available.
How is Duke doing? As you can see at left, he's still coming up with new "Barks of the Day" all the time. Check back often to read his latest thoughts (he's a pretty smart dog).
